 EXECUTIVE PASTOR YOLANDA COX

Executive Pastor

Yolanda Cox is a native of Warner Robins, Georgia and the Executive Pastor of The Gathering Place Outreach Ministries.  She is affectionately known as “Pastor Yo-.”  She is also the founder of Echoes of Encouragement Women's (501c3 non-profit) Ministry.  She has co-authored books to include "Removing the Veil” and “Gracefully Broken."  God has anointed her to prophesy and preach the gospel.  Pastor Cox proudly serves on the board as secretary of World Intercessory Network (WIN).   She also serves as Treasurer and on the board of Cherish Children.  

Pastor Cox is the proud mother of four beautiful daughters (Brittany, Le’Shaunda, Eboni and Diamond), the grandmother of three granddaughters (BriShawn, Bryleigh and Brielle). 

Pastor Cox has over 35 years of government financial, managerial, and supervisory experience acquired through the culmination of DOD, DOE and nonprofit organizations.  She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting/Finance dual Masters in Accounting and Project Management and her Doctorate in Theology from North Carolina University.  

Her gifts in ministry is organized exclusively for educational purposes, more specifically to bring together women of all ages and stages of life for edification, equipping and evangelism by meeting spiritual, physical, economic, and social needs of women, bringing about triumphant living.   Her ministry helps in discovering who you are and to inspire you to reach your full potential.

She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated since 2019 and has served as the Financial Secretary and Chaplain.  She also serves on various committees as well.  She loves to serve!!!

ASSOCIATE MINISTER SANDRA DUGGER

 Associate Minister

Biography of Sandra Dugger:

Sandra Dugger is a native of Fort Valley, Georgia. She was born on February 2,1969 to Elder Levi George Jr. & Elder Cora Turner.

She is the wife of, Deacon Otis Dugger. Mother of four: Christophere Walton, Terry Lee Solomon Jr, Jessica Solomon, and Azallia Solomon. Grandmother of 21, and great grandmother of 1.

She was licensed as a Minister under the leadership of Apostle Melvin Goolsby of Macon, Georgia and later ordained as an Elder. Sandra has serve under the leadership of Pastor David Towns of Rocky Mount Baptist Church in Reynolds, Georgia. On June the 8th 2025, she was ordained  under the leadership of Apostle Yolanda Franklin, lead servant of The Gathering Place as Prophetess.

She attended Southern Crescent Technical College, where she received an Accounting Degree.

She is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success. She has worked in the nursing field for 38 years.
